I have to tell you at times cooking and preparing food can be a pain especially if you are getting bored with the "same o" "same o"! I noticed that Sugar Snap Peas are in now and wanted to try them. And I'm so glad I did. This recipe really kicks!

I have a stainless steel skillet with a glass top I can see through to keep an eye on how the food is cooking. I eat most of my food raw 'cause I like fruit a lot and vegetables have their own flavors as well. And here are some real benefits of eating a lot more raw food than cooked:

--- NO ACHES & PAINS in the joints from too much cooked food.
--- It's faster and easier.
--- No guesswork with how much of this or that to add to give it flavor.
--- And it's so much easier to digest. And a host of others which will be
a future article.

INGREDIENTS for this week's recipe:

  • One half pound of Fresh Sugar Snap Peas
  • Olive Oil
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • One ounce of Distilled Water
  • One half teaspoon fresh Peanut Butter

Put your stove on HOT! Then put a skillet on top of it for about 10 seconds just long enough for the skillet to get hot. Take the skillet off the stove and put one ounce of Olive Oil, one-quarter teaspoon finely ground Ginger and one ounce of Distilled water along with the Peanut Butter in the skillet. Mix thoroughly and put the washed Sugar Snap Peas (Including the hulls) on top of all that. Put it back on the stove for 5-10 seconds. Take it off the stove and shake it around to mix that flavors into the Peas. Then back on the stove for another 10 seconds and turn the stove completely off.

Come back in 5 minutes and you have an awesome topping for whatever Protein Dish (or Starch Dish for that matter as it will combine with both) you have just prepared. So this could be eaten as either a Noon Meal or an Evening Meal. I usually have this with the Sweet Rice Recipe I made quite some time ago and if you have misplaced that one, I will be happy to forward that one to you. This could also go on top of a Pasta Dish if you eat Pasta. Enjoy and stay terrific!
