And I have to tell you that this message is going to be a little different from all the rest as I have to appeal to EVERYONE who receives this message each week

My biggest request comes from those folks who don't have the fresh fruits and vegetables year around like we do here in the sunny (and it was definitely that today even though it was chilly = the 60's, but the sun was shining so bright that I did a 40-mile bike ride) south all year long.

So I decided to satisfy those folks who like to eat some fish and who live in the North and the U.K. and the many other countries with a recipe that anyone can use no matter where they live…NORTH or SOUTH, EAST or WEST! This will work for you.

The only thing I would ask all the raw foodists and strict vegans who are receiving this message to bite the bullet this week and honor those who are faithful with me each week who are not raw foodists and strict vegans. And I thank you for that.

I also want to say that in the last 3 years I've only included 1 Salmon Dish and 1 Chicken Dish for those who still eat those kinds of foods and would like to combine it properly for best digestion.

So this recipe is for those folks in mind.

Cod & Halibut are two of the cleaner type fish that thrive in the north and I have to say that when I eat fish I always try to prepare Salmon, COD or Halibut! COD cooks up the quickest and this is what I would do. Cook up the string beans and lately this is how I've been cooking my string beans.

Cut them in half after you cut the ends off and put them in a skillet with one-eighth inch of Distilled Water. Put your favorite herbs and spices in there. I like to use Basil, Cayenne and a little Sea Kelp. Bring to a boil and shut the stove off within 30 seconds. Let them steam in their own juice for no more than 8 minutes.

Now put the Beans in a bowl leaving the juice in the skillet so you will have a base for the Cod. Turn the stove back on and bring to a boil and put the COD in the skillet. Let cook for 30 seconds and turn the stove off and let steam in it's own juice for no more than 3 minutes at max.

This is usually just long enough for you to pour one half ounce of Walnut Oil over the Beans with a little dash of Parsley Leaves. After you toss the Beans for a couple seconds, take the COD out of the Skillet and you're ready for a slam-dunk of a Dinner. It's high in Protein and an awesome combination for finest digestion as per our Food Combining Guide.

Thanks so much for the "make me well" diet. I have asthma and have always noticed there was a connection between what I ate and how I felt. The problem is that I am a "Road Warrior" traveling extensively and as you know traveling and eating right are not always compatible. Other diets that I have been on were to completed and complex to be effective for the traveler. This program however is strong because it: creates awareness and is self-correcting. I see it as an eating style rather than a diet so when I look at a restaurant's menu I become aware of what selections are compatible with my eating style and order accordingly. However when this is not possible I eat as wisely as I can based on their selections. This of course means straying from the program and when I've done that with other programs I always wound up dropping the whole program.

With your program this doesn't happen and here is why. This style of eating reduces my asthma to a "non problem" and overall I feel great but when I stray from the program I really feel bad the next day. Therefore, I jump right back on the program to get back to feeling good. I guess it's kind of like going to a New Years Eve party and having a few too many drinks. The next morning when you wake up you are immediately aware of why last year you made a resolution to never drink again.

The bottom line is that this is a wonderful program for the traveler. I'm feeling great and one of the side effects has been that I have lost over 14 pounds and am nearing my ideal weight. So I just want to say thanks.
