The top of the day to you

Well we are getting into a new season where we will have over 30 different kinds of Citrus. I am amazed at how many people think Oranges are Oranges. If only I could take you on a trip through the 3 Orange Groves I get ALL my Citrus from would actually delight my soul. My buddy, Stacie Rice and I go out to the Grove and he will attest my enthusiasm for all this awesome stuff we have in such abundance.

Stacie and I went out yesterday for the last time to pick the last of the Persimmons. We were talking as we were hanging off the limbs in the tree pickin' and eating till our hearts content about how if only everyone knew about this. The dickens with the fact that it's good for you we both echoed. It's just so doggone delicious.

We stopped by the Orange Grove on the way home to pick up 6 bushels of the very last of the Valencia Oranges as they are starting to dry out. But I have to tell you that this time of year is slim pickins for fresh fruit. So here's what I've been doing for an incredible breakfast. Grapes are still in and there are about 2 weeks left on the Persimmons.

I tried this for the last 3 days and it was a knock out. Try this, as this will start your day with a bang I'll guarantee you. And it will hold you all through the morning. It's a morning Protein Drink without all those gooey, colon binding Protein Powders.

THE INGREDIENTS:

1 pounds of Red Seedless Grapes
2 very ripe Persimmons
1 Tablespoon of Bee Pollen

THE RECIPE

Here's a trick to make the Bee Pollen really work well. Let the tablespoon of it sit in the about 2 ounces of Distilled Water in the fridge over night and it will be all dissolved and ready for this drink in the morning. Now in the morning take the Grapes and the Persimmons and put in the blender and then pour the Bee Pollen in it and man it's 'Fat City' for the rest of the morning. ENERGY GALORE would be a mild expression.

It's a great combination by the way even though it might seem like it goes against the grain of our Food Combining Guide

This is probably one of my favorite breakfasts for this time of year and it's such a terrific transition recipe before we go into the winter months.

Apple and Pears are also in, but would not be a good combination with this drink. But for all those who like living in the north, then Apples and Pears are a good fruit for the time being.

Be honest with yourself with your health and feed your self the very best. It's such a pleasure knowing we NEVER have to be sick, fat or miserable. Before you lies two paths --- honesty and dishonesty. The shortsighted embark on the dishonest path, the wise on the honest one.

Sooner or later everyone sits down to a banquet of consequences. There is no right way to do something wrong. Sometimes we think we are bionic but sooner or later when we jump out of the 10-story building enough times and didn't go northeast any of them, we snap out of it and stop jumping. I would think this would make sense to be honest with ourselves when we cheat with our eating habits. We always have to pay to play or as I mentioned a little bit ago, sooner or later everyone always sits down to a banquet of consequences. All my very best to you.
