Top of the day to you.
You know lately I've had a tooth that bothered me as I was eating a date one
day last week and son-of-a-gun if I didn't clamp down on the pit that was in
it. I think it was cracked or something, but it was a piece of one pit and it
almost broke a tooth in the back.
Well I love to eat my vegetables only slightly cooked, as there is so much
more flavor in them not to mention so much more nutritious for you.
So lately I've been really using the Vita Mix (high-powered blender) a lot!
So tonight I made something that was so good I really has to share it with you.
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole head of Cauliflower
1 bunch of Broccoli
10 Asparagus Spears
One half teaspoon of fresh Dandelion Tea Leaves
One half teaspoon of fresh Peppermint Tea Leaves
One half teaspoon of fresh Japanese Green Tea Leaves
One-quarter cup of soaked Almonds (finely ground)
One Tablespoon of fresh chopped Parsley.
In a large cooking pot bring one half cup of distilled water to a boil. The
turn the heat down to a medium heat and put all the Tea Leaves in there for
30 seconds. Then put the Cauliflower and the Broccoli in it for 3 minutes. Then
put the Asparagus on top of the mixture for 1 minute. Take all the ingredients
and put in your blender and blend until smooth.
Top with ground Almonds and sprinkle the Parsley over the top if it all. This
will really fill you up and is so satisfying. Enjoy!
Your mind is capable of recording all the information that was ever documented
with space left over. But we don't have the systems yet to teach it. But one
thing that is teachable is that you are unique and are programmed by what you
think of each moment. When you tell yourself that you can remember faces but
can't remember names, well your mind does that. So let yourself know you are
a tremendously unique individual who is well and trim and rich!
You deserve great things.
