Top of the day to you!
I just got home from 2 days on the road as I had to take 2 days continuing
education course to keep my nutritional counseling license current so I got
a little behind in my weekly messages. But this morning after I had my usual
6 Navel Oranges with no more than 4 ounces of Pecans and Walnuts cut up in a
dish, I decided 3 hours later to have this shake and it was so doggone good
I couldn't hold it back from you in this week's message. Check this one out,
as it's a doozie!
- 1 frozen Banana (Optional)
- 3 non-frozen Bananas
- 6 Dates (with the pits removed)
- 6 Figs
- 4 Ounces of raisins
In 8 ounces of Distilled Water, soak the Dates, Figs and Raisins overnight
at room temperature.
Take the 1 frozen Banana and 3 non-frozen Bananas and mix them all up in your
Vita Mix www.vitamix.com/household (use code AMC1 for discount) (or high-powered Blender) with
the soaked Raisins, Dates and Figs for about 30-45 seconds. Man, this is deeeelicious
