So

Constantly reward yourself with good things.
So
to begin with, here are some practical tips to have high energy
all the time.
Throughout
the day, I try to have energy gaining and avoid the energy
draining foods ... along with at least one short 20-30 minute
nap every day around the noon to midday time.
The
energy draining foods are anything that is white, i.e. white
sugar, white flour, white salt, white rice. Remember, if it's
white, it's trite...not much good stuff left to feed the wonderful
you. And the whiter the bread, the wider the spread, the sooner
you're dead
Now
the energy gaining foods are fruits that are in season (refer
to "The Perfect Diet Program" for the foods that
are in season) and the natural starches like whole grain breads,
sweet potatoes, brown rice, pasta, etc. which could very well
be your noon meal of which we'll talk about in a future article.
When
you are eating fruit avoid eating the sweet ones and the sour
